Add Or Edit On-Hand Products

Do you have Products that have already been purchased and received? Add On-Hand Slabs and Sinks to Inventory without creating a Purchase Order.

Use the  Reconcile feature to manage On-Hand Slabs and Sinks.

In a  Reconcile View, On-Hand Slabs and Sinks can be added and modified.

Remnants can be added for pieces not associated with a Job. Indicate Remnant under Size and enter dimensions when adding On-Hand Slabs.

You must have an Administrator Role in Inventory to access the Reconcile feature. See your database Administrator(s) for permissions.

ADD ON-HAND SLABS

1. Go to Settings > Reconcile Slabs > click the Start Reconciling button.
2. Click Add On-Hand > Enter the Quantity, Material, Color, and any additional fields as needed > click Add.

ADD ON-HAND SINKS

1. Go to Settings > Reconcile Sinks > click the Start Reconciling button.
2. Click Add On-Hand > Enter the Quantity, Sink Brand, Sink Model, and Cost/Sink or Notes as needed > click Add.

EDIT ON-HAND SLABS OR SINKS

1. Go to Settings > Reconcile Slabs or Reconcile Sinks > click the Start Reconciling button.
2. Click on the underlined Status of a Slab or Sink to edit.
