Label Forms are used when printing Slab Labels. Forms can be edited at any point, and they can be inactivated if they are no longer needed. Label Forms can also be deleted, but this action is permanent and deleted Forms can not be recovered.
If a Form is no longer used, we recommend setting it to Inactive instead of deleting. An inactive Form can be quickly activated if it needs to be used again, saving the time of having to recreate it entirely.
Inactive Forms will appear greyed out on the Labels page, but will not be displayed when selecting which Label Form to print.
INACTIVATE/ACTIVATE A LABEL FORM
- Go to Settings > Labels > click on the Name of the Form to inactivate/activate.
- Click the Edit Form Template icon.
- Check Inactive to inactivate the Form, uncheck to activate the Form.
DELETE A LABEL FORM: THIS ACTION IS PERMANENT AND IRREVERSIBLE
- Go to Settings > Labels > click on the Name of the Form to inactivate/activate.
- Click inside each Form Field > click the Delete icon > Save. Repeat for each Field.
- Click the Edit Form Template icon > click the Delete icon.
- Confirm action to Delete the Form. This action can not be undone.
