There may be times when a Purchase Order needs to be canceled. In Moraware inventory, a Purchase Order can be canceled anytime it has an Open status. Canceling a Purchase order is permanent and can not be undone.
To cancel a Closed Purchase Order, Re-Open the PO first, then cancel.
If a Purchase Order has On-Hand Materials or Sinks, it can not be canceled until the On-Hand Product Status is reverted.
If a Purchase Order with Allocated Materials or Sinks is canceled, there is the option to delete the Product or keep it as Wanted.
Canceling a Purchase order is permanent and can not be undone.
- Click to open the Purchase Order Details of any Open PO.
- Click the Edit icon.
- Click the Cancel PO icon at the top.
- Determine if any Allocated Slabs or Sinks are to be deleted or kept as Wanted.
- Confirm cancellation.
