Add A Logo To Purchase Order Forms

Adding your company logo and contact information to a Purchase Order Form results in a professional look.

If you have already added a logo in Systemize, it will be listed as an option in the Header Logo Field.

Your logo must be saved as a  BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG or PNG. PDF images can not be uploaded.


  1. Go to Settings > Purchase Order Settings > Purchase Order Forms.
  2. Click on the name of the Form to modify.
  3. Click in the header Field.
  4. Select a Header Position, then the drop down menu next to Logo.
  5. Choose an existing file, or select New Logo File to upload a new file.
  6. Add additional details like Company Name, Address, and Field Formatting.
