      Add Serial Numbers

      Do you have Slabs that need Serial Numbers assigned? Serial Numbers can be assigned when Slab is changed from Wanted to Received, or at any point once the Slab is entered into Moraware Inventory, whether it's Wanted, Ordered, or On-Hand.

      Serial Numbers can be added by clicking on the Status. The Status is displayed in several places within Inventory, such as Slab Views, Purchase Orders, or a Job Activity. The examples below show some available options.

      ASSIGN SERIAL NUMBERS AND RECEIVE MATERIAL

      1. Click on the Receive button in a Slab View or Job Activity page.
      2. Select the Slab to Receive.
      3. Click the Edit icon to add Serial Numbers.
      4. Enter the Serial Number(s) and Apply.
      5. Click the Receive button.

      ASSIGN SERIAL NUMBERS TO WANTED, ORDERED, OR ON-HAND MATERIAL

      1. From a Slab View, click on the Slab Status.
      2. Click the Edit icon to add Serial Numbers.
      3. Enter the Serial Number(s) and Apply.
